Our goal is to relieve the property owner from the burden of performing maintenance and cleaning duties of their swimming pool. We can perform as little or as much of the following duties as needed.

• Douglas Aquatics of Fredericksburg will drain and clean or remove the cover of your pool in the spring.
• Install the swimming pool deck equipment.
• Fill the swimming pool.
• Prepare the filtration equipment for operation.
• Provide and deliver chemicals (or Owner provides).
• Train the pool personnel for operation.
• Supervise your personnel to insure adherence to health and safety standards.
• Provide winterization of the pool, filtration equipment and bath house facilities in the fall.
• Submit winterization reports, inventory reports and recommend repairs in the fall.
• Provide consultation for improvements to the facility.
• Provide repairs to equipment that fails during the operational season to include the cost of labor.

• Clean the pump hair-strainer and surface skimmers
• Backwash or clean the filter
• Skim the surface of the pool and vacuum the pool floor
• Test and balance water chemistry
• Add chemicals as provided by owner (or we can provide)
• Clean water line tile as needed
