Our goal is to relieve the property owner from the burden of managing a commercial pool facility. We strive to increase the Owner's return through preventive maintenance and controlled cost. Extensive ongoing training and supervision of the pool operators and managers are preformed to improve safety of your members. A fully warranted winterization and written report will be completed at the end of each season. The management program provides the owner with a fixed price they can rely on for their budget.

• Douglas Aquatics of Fredericksburg will drain and clean or remove the cover of your pool in the spring.
• Prepare pool filtration equipment for operation.
• Install the swimming pool deck equipment.
• Clean and prepare the pool bathhouse.
• Clean and set up the pool deck furniture.
• Fill the swimming pool.
• Provide and deliver pool chemicals, bath house and first-aid supplies.
• Hire and train the swimming pool operators.
• Handle all lifeguard and supervisory payroll.
• Provide general liability and workman compensation insurance.
• Provide supervision and management of your facility to insure a safe, clean and enjoyable swimming pool.
• Provide minor maintenance on swimming pool equipment.
• Provide winterization of the pool, filtration equipment and bath house facilities in the fall.
• Submit winterization reports, inventory reports and recommend repairs in the fall.
• Provide consultation for improvements to the facility.
